We are still traditional and very old fashioned in the way we relate to you. Unlike many other agencies, we do not rely on technology to talk to you. We will come over to you, in your house, to visit and do an assessment of your care and nursing needs.
We agree that technology has its use but not in relating to you as an individual. Since we live and reside here in Perth, we can assure you of an in-home assessment within 24hrs of receiving a call from you.
